Away from the flashbulbs, a cool Gaspard Ulliel said he’s just wrapped up playing a guardian angel who changes the fate of a doomed 19th century peasant winemaker in Burgundy in “Vintner’s Luck.” “I had to wear these huge, heavy wings that were activated by huge compressed air systems,” said Ulliel, spoiling the illusion. His favorite vintage is Château Latour 1992.
